Powered by its technology platform with 136 fintech lenders fully integrated from over 60 countries, Fasanara manages the largest and longest standing Fintech Lending fund in Europe.
Additionally, Fasanara invests in early-stage Fintech companies via its venture capital vehicles, using its central role in the Fintech ecosystem to identify and back revolutionary new businesses.

The role
This is a unique and exciting 6-month opportunity to join our newly created ESG team, ‘Fasanara Impact’, and take on the responsibility of launching our new brand into the market. The successful candidate will be able to work off a completely blank canvas, showcase their digital marketing skills and leave their own personal stamp on what we know will be an incredibly successful part of Fasanara Capital.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.
- Conduct research to identify relevant trends, hashtags, and content ideas to increase visibility and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization based on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Assist in tracking and analysing digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, content, and sales, to ensure alignment and cohesion across marketing efforts.
What excites us in a candidate
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices across various channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, interpret metrics, and draw actionable insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and drive results.
- Content Creation: Proficiency in writing clear, compelling, and engaging copy for various digital platforms, as well as basic graphic design skills for creating visual content.
- Social Media Management: Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and experience in managing social media accounts.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques to optimize website content for better visibility and ranking on search engines.
