SalaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a thriving and busy sales environment. Salary is competitive and based on experience. Working full time Monday to Friday (8.45am - 5.30pm) and rostered Saturdays.
Previous Estate Agency experience is not essential.
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting across two business (Sales and Lettings)
- Obtaining, collating and editing all marketing material for new property listings (including photographs, video clips, floor plans and property descriptions)
- Booking and carrying out property viewings
- Answering telephone calls
- Booking valuation appointments
- Being responsible for Social Media advertising
- Preparing sales particulars
- Assisting with the administration within the office
The Perfect Candidate will be (or possess):
- Creative, with a flair for photography
- Excellent administrative skills
- Competent written and computer skills
- Confident speaking to customers on the phone and in person
- Able to work well under pressure, and with own initiative
- A high enthusiasm to achieve
- Local knowledge highly desirable
- Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence
- A fun and enthusiastic yet professional attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 41.25 per week
