The Estate Manager's role is to manage their scheme to the company's standards and to provide Residents with a professional service in a polite, fair and efficient manner.
Main responsibilities
- Smooth running of the development
- Supervise the Concierge team; cover the reception desk whenever required to include lunch breaks
- Be knowledgeable with company's policies as described in the company's SOP and Employees Handbook
- Make sure that the company's policies and the site-specific procedures are adhered by the Concierge team
- Read the front desk diary on daily basis and provide verbal reports to the Estate Manager
- Provide continuous training to all members of the concierge team
- Carry out regular inspections of the site; Identify and log any maintenance, cleaning and Health & Safety issues
- Ensure that the office files are always updated with the details of Leaseholders, Sub-tenants, Managing Agents
- Monitor Concierge e-mail account to ensure all emails are actioned, i.e. acknowledged, responded to, information is noted
- Regularly review all operational sheets to ensure that activities are logged correctly in accordance with procedures
- Carry out periodic archiving of operational log sheets and ensure all the files are safely stored for future reference
- Oversee the safekeeping of apartment keys and regularly check all the key cabinets and the keys log sheets
- Ensure there's always enough office supplies; arrange stationery orders to include light bulbs for communal areas
- Assist with organising access to apartments, e.g. for the annual servicing of Heat Interface Units and keep files updated
- Ensure that the parcel room is always well organised and that residents are reminded of any uncollected items
- Monitor residents' info-portal and regularly check for any old packages that might have not been signed out
- Investigate any packages claimed to be lost and keep Estate Manager informed on the progress
- Liaise with the Cleaning Supervisor to ensure good housekeeping of the development
- Oversee the control of the car park to include the permit system and communicate with the parking patrol company
- Control the release of proximity fobs for communal doors and radio transmitters for the underground car park
- Have a good understanding of the Building Safety Act
- Be available for senior management meetings and report processing as required
- Be available out of hours as might be required

Salary & Hours:
The right candidate can expect up to £55,000.00 per annum
48hr week 28 days holidays including Bank Holidays
