Newstaff Recruitment Agency in Milton Keynes is currently looking for a Real Estate Manager on behalf of our client based in Milton Keynes.
Real Estate Manager in Milton Keynes
Working Hours: 48 hours per week. Must be available for out-of-hours work as required.
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience + Benefits.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential site management.
- Knowledge of energy centres/CHP and the Building Safety Act.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth running of the development.
- Manage and train staff.
- Conduct regular inspections, including health and safety checks.
- Adhere to and be familiar with all company policies.
- Attend senior management meetings as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous estate management experience is essential.
- Good understanding of the Building Safety Act.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven, self-motivated, confident, and diplomatic.
