SalaryNewstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Real Estate Manager on behalf of our client, for a high end development based in Milton Keynes.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience dealing in residential sites and ideally with some knowledge of energy centres / CHP and the Building Safety Act.
The Role will include:
- Overseeing the smooth running of the development
- Staff management and training
- Regular inspections, ie: Health and Safety of the site
- Adhere to and be familiar with all company policy
- Attend senior management meetings as required
Skills and Experience:
- Previous Estate Management experience is essential
- Must have a good understanding of the Building Safety Act
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Driven and self-motivated, confident and diplomatic
The role is 48 hours per week. Must also be available for out of hours work as required
Salary: Up to GBP55,000 pa depending on experience + Benefits
