Cobalt is working alongside one of the leading names of the UK Real Estate market as they seek to hire a new Estate Manager. Working on one of their most prestigious accounts, you'll take the reigns on 150 unit portfolio. The majority of the portfolio is long-term leasehold with some mixed-use/commercial.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Preparation of service charge budgets
Maintain day-to-day management of the site and residential common areas
Act as primary contact for the residents, looking after all customer requests
Direct line management and varied stakeholder engagement
implementation, management and control of Standard Operating Procedures, risk assessments and method statements, staffing and service strategies and fire safety management procedures.
