Form of workWe are seeking a highly organised and detail orientated Estate & Property Manager to oversee the daily running of our 40 acre private Estate. The Property Manager will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repairs and performing basic maintenance
Duties will include coordinating with contractors for repairs and maintenance work. Trouble-shooting issues that arise around the estate. Manage weekly cleaners and gardeners. Basic maintenance eg: cleaning guttering, gates, porches, setting fireplaces, care of cars (basic), moving logs, preparing the house for the principles visits, security of the property, occasional driving, keeping basic household records
Relevant employed experience as an estate or property Manager will be required with a proven employment record, longevity in former roles and excellent references. Enhanced DBS check. Full clean driving licence and own vehicle. Excellent communication and IT skills. Cheerful and polite. Self-starter, motivated and discreet at all times
It is an essential part of the role you live permanently at the property because of Security. A 1 bedroom furnished cottage is provided with its own garden. Ideally single occupancy but partner following own occupation will be considered. The accommodation is not suitable for children or pets.
2 days off per week/40/45 hour week
Salary from £ 40,000 gross p.a
