Estate Manager

We are currently looking for an Estate Manager to work with a Local Authority to assist with the daily management of the authorities portfolio of properties and to assist the tenants that reside within them.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

- Dealing with complaints and queries from tenants
- Carrying out inspections on the portfolio of properties including undertaking fire safety checks
- Referring vulnerable tenants to external services
- Issuing repairs orders
- Deciding on whether or not tenants should be allowed to perform alterations
- Managing all anti-social behaviour cases

Candidate requirements:

- Have experience of managing challenging situations with the public
- Have an understanding of, and some experience, in the job requirements listed above
