Job description

A well-established Tunbridge Wells-based commercial and residential property management company are searching for an administration assistant to join their Estates and Facilities department.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Provide support to the head of Estates and Facilities
  • manage all Landlord and Tenant relationships
  • Co-ordination of appointments
  • Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and applicants
  • Report writing and general office administration

Experience and Skills required ;

  • Positive & enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong communicator both written and verbally
  • Property management experience
  • Administration experience
  • Someone with, or willing to work towards qualifications such as AIRPM, ARLA, RICS, IOSH, IWFM
