Argyll and Bute Council is seeking a qualified Estates Surveyor to provide maternity cover, assisting the Estates & Property Development Manager to develop, manage and deliver an efficient and effective Asset/Estates Management function across the Council by co-ordinating and delivering the Council's Corporate Asset Management Plan and Asset Management Strategy, thereby ensuring best value is delivered to service users.
You require to be highly motivated with a determination to succeed and deliver first class results with a strong customer focus and possess the following skills:
Ability to apply logical, analytical and problem solving techniques to deliver efficient solutions and effective decisions.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
Able to work both on own initiative, with minimum supervision, and as part of a team.
Ability to balance a diverse workload, prioritise tasks, plan and meet deadlines.
