SalaryOne of our long standing Local Authority clients is looking for an Estates Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, and new lettings.
- Lead general estates management initiatives and actively participate in asset management tasks and general queries.
- It is general Landlord and Tenant work (Rent reviews, Lease renewal, assignments, Landlord consent etc),
Qualifications:
- MRICS qualification preferred but not necessary
Experience:
- Proven experience in Estates Management is essential, preferably within a Local Authority context.
Work Arrangement:
- Enjoy a flexible work week with two days in-office presence and the convenience of remote work for the rest.
