Lancashire has been a bit quiet, but maybe this is the time for things to really get going!

This council is currently having the team focus on the asset valuations, leaving the landlord and tenant to be picked up by none other than you (hopefully).

The contract will start at 3-6 months, and the office presence is practically zero.

They have a weekly meeting but you need not attend if you are unable.

The pay is £40ph, and they would like you start ASAP!
