Park Avenue Recruitment are currently working with a Council in Kent who are looking for an Interim Estate Surveyor.
This is an all-encompassing Estate Surveying role that would require you to carry out rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, surrenders etc. Strong Landlord & Tenant knowledge is very important for this role. The Council's portfolio is varied and consists of commercial, operational, and residential assets.
You would also be expected to advise on a wide range of property matters such as disposals, potential regeneration schemes and other projects.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements - you would be expected in the office 2 days per week and would be able to work remotely for the other days.
MRICS qualification is essential for this position, as is previous Public Sector experience.
