Are you a Mechanical Estimator from a Mechanical Services or similar background looking for an autonomous role where you will be the go-to person for a variety of specialist installation projects with a broad and varied client base in a role offering a clear progression structure to Estimating Manager?

This well-established company are a market leader in Mechanical Services Installation and have been providing their specialist service for over 30 years to a vast client base, priding themselves on their customer focused, responsive service. They primarily deal with new builds and refurbishments across a variety of industries including construction and commercial.

In this dynamic role your main responsibilities include going out and analyzing project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of materials required and produce a tender. You will also prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, and liaising with supervisors and contractors to ensure the project is completed successfully.

You will work a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm shift pattern primarily office based with regular site visitation and work from home available, as well as overtime paid at 1.5x.

This autonomous role would suit a Mechanical Estimator from a Mechanical Services / Building Services background looking to join a specialist and market leading company who provide the opportunity to work on varied construction projects and provide a clear progression structure to Managerial level.

The Role:

• Analysing project specifications and drawings to produce a Mechanical Services tender
• Going out and getting quotes, prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates
• Liaising with supervisors and contractors to ensure the project is completed successfully
• Office based + Site visits + Hybrid
• Clear progression structure to Management

The Person

• Mechanical Estimator or similar
• Mechanical Services background
• Full Driving Licence
• Commutable to Harefield
