SalaryWorking within digital marketing for a global manufacturer, as European Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing PPC & DSP budgets on Amazon Ads across all European subsidiaries. To apply, you should demonstrate a strong understanding of PPC and DSP platforms along with the ability to manage and optimise campaigns across multiple channels in partnership with Amazon Agency. There is a high-degree of communication with local marketing teams and working collaboratively to ensure that digital marketing budgets are maximised for growth.
The role
- Manage PPC & DSP spend
- Develop and execute Performance Marketing campaigns for each market, aligned to each brand's strategy.
- Work with Amazon Agency & Amazon Ads teams to optimise campaigns and track results.
- Identify and test new channels and opportunities.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights.
- Report on performance and make recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
- Upskill and enable local marketing teams to understand and get the most out of their investments.
About you
- 4-5 years' of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of PPC and DSP platforms.
- Experience with Amazon Ads and working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels and brands simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
