Performance Marketing Specialist

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage all things Performance Marketing across several digital channels, including, PPC, Programmatic, and Paid Social.

The Role:

• Responsible for the management of PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic ads.
• Responsible for ensuring campaigns meet business performance goals and maximize ROAS.
• Responsible for measuring and analysing data to identify optimisation and growth areas.
• Responsible for working alongside the company's media agency partner.
• Responsible for working with the wider marketing team, driving best practice and knowledge sharing.

The Candidate:

• 5 years plus experience in Performance Marketing, ideally from a Paid Social background.
• Experienced in growing paid media accounts and business revenue.
• Experienced in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
