Evening Chef

  What you’ll do:   

Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods 
Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts 

Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations  
Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard    

What you bring:  

Level 2 or 3 Chef Qualifications and minimum 1 years of experience in hands on cooking including
Experience in menu planning and production  
Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking

Evening Chef
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 3pm to 11pm and Friday 7am to 2pm
35Hours worked per week
£14 per hour & enhanced shift allowance + Sodexo Benefits
