Event Coordinator 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

9am - 5pm, Full Time
Hybrid, 3 days in Office 2 days at home
Our client, a Non-Profit organisation based within the heart of the City are looking for an Event Coordinator to join their friendly and close-knit team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis!
This is fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and develop their skills within an events position! As an Event Coordinator you will be providing administration support to the Events team in order for a smooth running process.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience working within events, ideally within business. You must have a professional and welcoming attitude to work along with being organised, paying high attention, and excellent written and verbal skills.

Duties:
- Event administration duties and providing support to senior members of the Events team.
- Assisting in the event processing duties and maintaining the event data.
- Dealing with the companies websites and online platforms.
- Ensuring all relevant documents and information is up to date.
- Complying with all event processes and actions.
- Using a proactive approach to resolve issues in a quick and professional manner.
- Other duties as requested by senior members of the Events team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within events is advantageous - ideally within business.
- Administration experience is also desired.
- Personality is key for this role! Must be bubbly, outgoing, and personable.
- Must be very hands on, willing to get involved and help out with any duty and small tasks.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and social skills.
- Ability to work in busy and varied work situations.
- Happy, cheerful, welcoming, creative, and willing to also get involved with any other duties and responsibilities that may be required.
