Exciting Opportunity to Join a Rapidly Expanding Media Company with Multi-Layered Roles and Canary Wharf Offices
As an Events Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding administrative support to the entire office as needed. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and ultimately to the COO. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Duties
- Handling First Point of Contact for Phone and Email Enquiries and Registrations
- Maintaining and Updating HubSpot Database for Precise Reporting, their top priority is to keep the HubSpot database up-to-date and ensure that it meets high standards.
- Coordinating Group Bookings and Attendance for Financial Institutions Across Multiple Events.
- Email Confirmations and Reminder Duties for Deadlines and Content.
- Efficiently Managing Session Registrations for Delegates Across Multiple Events, Including Automated Calendar Reminders.
- Assisting with registration at in-person events, welcoming delegates, providing badges and being a main point of contact throughout the event
- Managing Delegate Invoice Payments through Various Channels
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess competent IT skills, with knowledge of MS Office applications and an aptitude for learning new software. They should have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to multitask effectively, take unexpected eventualities in stride, and cope well under pressure. HubSpot database knowledge is a plus but not required.
Required: 1 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
