Rugby School Enterprises (RSE), is the trading company of Rugby School and Bilton Grange. It is responsible for raising additional funds for the School through commercial activities such as events, conferences, weddings, residential courses, sports facilities hire, alongside providing services to the School such as operating the school shop, tours and sports centre.
RSE are looking for an individual to assist them with the events and the smooth running of residential courses over school holidays.
Typical duties will include preparation for incoming events and residential courses, liaising with the number of organisations hosted by Rugby School Enterprises to ensure client satisfaction and liaising with relevant internal bodies.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of events and will ideally also have knowledge of the school. They will also need to be flexible and willing to work some unsociable hours on a rota basis.
We estimate that your hours of work will be mainly in the school holiday periods; Easter and Summer predominantly, but also during half terms and Christmas.
