Events Coordinator - Up To £45K! - International Law Firm!

Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an organised and experienced Events Coordinator to join one of our International Law Firm clients on a permanent basis at their Central London office. Our clients specialise in corporate, finance and restructuring law and has over 30 offices worldwide. Prior Law Firm is ideal, but not essential.

The duties of the position include:

• Providing support to the Events Manager throughout the entire events cycle.
• Work closely on flagship events and be responsible for end to end event management.
• Lead meetings and make recommendations in regards to the planning of events.
• Coordinating all aspects of event delivery, ensuring it runs smoothly.
• Participate in event setup.
• Assist with event reporting, and general administration.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
