We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, results focused Events Producer to join our Business Development team!
If you're an experienced events organiser with experience of delivering a range of high quality customer-facing events and you want to work as part of a fantastic, commercially-focused business development team then look no further.
We're looking for someone to take ownership of a range of member and non-member events across our various international markets to deliver effective, engaging events o help deliver against our ambitious growth targets.
We know flexibility is important to people and at MPS we want you to have the best work-life balance possible. This role has a blend of home and office-based working, to suit you and the needs of the business which is typically a minimum of 1 day per week on-site in Leeds.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop a plan for the annual deliver of key member and non-member engagement events across relevant markets
Lead the development and delivery of high quality member and non-member events.
- Establish a strong network of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, at all levels across the organisation, establishing the role as a trusted and embedded partner
- Support Business Development colleagues to deliver on the overall corporate strategy and business performance
- Develop and implement plans to maximise marketing and business development opportunities at all events
The Ideal Candidate
- The successful candidate will already have extensive experience in delivering face-to-face and online events
- Experience in International events is ideal, but not essential
- Knowledge of developing an event plan to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention activity to achieve stretching business objectives
- Experience of analysing event effectiveness measures and reporting results clearly to stakeholders
- Experience of using insight to drive the development of engaging events
