We’re on the hunt for a corporate / b2b PR Account Manager who can manage the events team of this fast-growing campaigning and issues focused PR agency. You will be joining a team of events, content and design specialists supporting issues-led campaigns that tackle some of the biggest challenges facing society.
The role requires corporate and b2b events experience with a strong track record of delivering high quality virtual, hybrid and physical events for corporate clients. This may include panel discussions, webinars, networking events and roundtables.

The Role
- Liaise with clients to develop content and theming of events, including managing budgets and new business pitches
- Manage logistics around events including conferences, debates, seminar, webinars, round tables, briefing etc
- Prepare project plans and timelines, research venues, drafting supporting content, act as speaker liaison
- Manage and liaise with suppliers including video producers and building good working relationships with third parties
- Event execution – onsite support and management, rehearsals, guest registration, staging, catering
- Identify and secure target attendees in conjunction with account teams and manage invitations
- Management of junior team members
Candidate specification
- A background in event management, specifically corporate and b2b
- Highly organised and unflappable
- A good knowledge of London venues would be useful and appetite to develop a network of events and supplier contacts
- An interest in working in a PR environment with clients across business sectors including enterprise, SME, corporate sectors
- Good content skills
- Good time management and ability to manage own time and time recording
- Appetite for knowledge - of clients and sectors to provide insight and advice
- Confident team player who can lead in client and internal meetings
- Empathetic with an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Interest in attending networking events, seminars or conferences to develop professional skills
- Willing to contribute to brainstorms through demonstrating awareness and interest in news and new business trends
- Strong attention to detail and processed driven
