Oversee the successful execution of all project and event delivery and manage designated operations teams. Implement best practices, support team cohesion, motivation, and proactive coaching.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and support strategies.
- Attend client meetings and presentations as needed.
- Oversee operational delivery, ensuring team engagement and project success.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine operations policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, supplier relationships, and ensure event delivery within set timelines and budgets.
- Implement and update client processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Review and approve client budgets and reconcile post-event finances.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continual improvement.
- Utilise the timesheet system for resource allocation and management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals & congress.
- Strong client management and budget oversight skills.
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
