As an integral part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in organizing and overseeing all aspects of examinations, from planning and scheduling to administration and logistics. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills will ensure that exams run smoothly and efficiently, providing our students with the best possible environment to demonstrate their knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
**Coordinate exam schedules and venues, taking into account various factors such as student needs and regulatory requirements.
** Prepare examination papers and materials, ensuring accuracy, security, and adherence to exam board guidelines.
** Manage exam invigilation, overseeing the recruitment and training of invigilators to maintain a professional and supportive testing environment.
** Handle exam result processing and distribution, collaborating with relevant exam boards to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
** Serve as the primary point of contact for exam-related queries and concerns, providing prompt and helpful assistance to students, parents, and staff.
** Previous experience in exam administration is essential
** Familiarity with exam board regulations and procedures
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exam management software (e.g., SIMS, Arbor).
** Excellent communication and organisation
