THE ROLE
- Supporting 4 Managing Directors of a fast paced and deals driven team
- Managing back-to-back diaries across global time zones
- Scheduling internal and external meetings in high volume, with a reactive approach
- Arranging complex travel globally, including intricate itineraries, visas, and hotels
- Working as a gate keeper and point of communication between execs and clients, as well as other staff members
- Project support
THE CANDIDATE
- The ideal candidate will be working within a busy private equity based team, supporting at C-suite and above level, with a proven background in high level support
- Highly organised, confident with clients, suited to an ultra fast-paced environment, and always takes a hands-on approach
The core hours for this role are 9 – 5:30 and benefits include 1 day working from home each week, very competitive bonus structure, private healthcare, pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday, Christmas shopping day, and season ticket loan.
