We have achieved a lot and made significant progress over the last year, and we are now on a quest to fill the last piece of our jigsaw puzzle with a new Assistant Director of HR and Change.
We are looking for a HR professional who is a moderniser and who can lead the culture and organisational change of the Council. This is a high profile role that will involve working in partnership across all of the directorates with a one council approach delivering major programmes of change, which are already underway. You will be instrumental in designing a HR service, which is efficient, proactive and digitally fit for the future.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is ambitious, resilient and motivated by working as one corporate management team who are all driven to make positive change, who lead with autonomy and make a real difference.
