Salary**New Opportunity – Executive Assistant**
Venn Group are working with a Housing Association exclusively on a role based in London, who are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant who will come in to support the Executive Management Team and more specifically the CEO.
Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Northwest London
Hours: Full time(Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
Contract: Permanent
Duties:
- Take minutes in meetings and distribute in a timely manner
- Prepare reports, agendas and presentations
- Support day to day administration tasks
- Liaise with all levels of staff to collect information including sensitive information
- Manage the office systems with authority to purchase and authorise expenditure withing agreed limits
- Assist with organising meetings, and events with booking venues, equipment and arranging refreshments
Systems / Qualifications:
- Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF
