Executive Assistant

Your new companyHays are recruiting for a permanent Executive Assistant. This role is to support at CEO level and is based on the outskirts of Manchester City centre. Hybrid working. Your new roleAs EA to the CEO, you will support with full and complex diary management, this role is very fast-paced, you will provide full operational support, working closely and overseeing a team of PAs. Previous management experience is essential. You will provide confidential and efficient support, arranging and booking travel. You will be organising events, handling enquires, preparing reports and presentations, proofreading confidential documentation and any other duties required via the senior leadership team. What you'll need to succeedYou will have excellent attention to detail, you will have experience working at CEO level, you will have management experience, you will be positive and proactive, you will be able to prioritise, you will have strong communication skills, you will be able to oversee a team of PAs. You will be comfortable with complex and ever-changing diaries. What you'll get in returnThis role is a permanent position paying up to £54,000 dependent on experience, flexible and hybrid working available. Excellent benefits package.
