Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Dublin

Contract Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate (daily): €161.88 (PAYE) or €215.59 (Umb)

SRG are working with a multinational alcoholic beverage company to recruit for an Executive Assistant to join the team at the Dublin site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision of administrative support to Global Director, Beer, Baileys and Smirnoff and Global Brand Director Baileys.
• Manage emails, diaries, travel schedule, expenses, other business processes.
• Prioritise and organise schedules and commitments in line with business objectives.
• Manage the office environment (wifi/stationery/logistics)
• Liaise with broader organisation to support the objectives of the two leaders.

Our Successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• Excellent communication skills-written and verbal.
• Good judgement and an ability to scan and prioritise.
• Excellent organisational skills with eye for detail, a pro-active approach to problem solving.
• Strong relationship skills and an ability to influence others.
• Highest levels of discretion required and an appreciation of the confidentiality and materiality of the role.
• Previous experience as an Executive assistant
