SalaryThis role is in their office full-time and is on a rolling temporary basis. The salary is the hourly rate equivalent of €55K-€60K per annum.
This is a fast-paced environment, providing support to 7 individuals.
What you'll do:
- Supporting up to 7 professionals
- Screen, and where necessary act upon, all email communications (both internal & external)
- Field all telephone calls
- Act as gatekeeper for professionals
- Extensive diary management
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Manage general personal and professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
- Organise complex travel arrangements, including visas
- Coordinate conference calls
- Expenses and invoice management
- Maintain database of contacts
- Ad hoc duties as needed
Who you are:
- Advanced MS Office Suite
- An excellent eye for detail and strong follow through
- Ability to set priorities independently and multi task
- Experience with Concur is an asset
- Team player mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and discrete
