Scope and responsibilities
- 1 day WFH;
- Flexibility with overtime is required however this will be ad hoc;
- Scheduling global travel arrangements and arranging visa applications;
- Answering, screening, and managing incoming phone calls and mail from executive level clients;
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, board meetings, conference calls and events;
- Reviewing, preparing, and managing expense reports;
- Approving expense reports on behalf of the principals;
- Reviewing and managing the invoice process for their vendors;
- Business administration on behalf of the funds;
- Managing a team of 3 Admin staff in London;
- Organising team offsites in Europe – 2 per year;
- Being the main Administration contact point for the Funds;
- Maintaining contact databases;
- Processing correspondence and letters;
- There is incredible scope for development
*Experience in the financial services sector is essential.*
