I’m proud to partner with my client, a renowned Investment Management firm in Victoria who have a rare opportunity within the business and are therefore recruiting an Executive Assistant who will provide support to two Portfolio Managers.

Scope and responsibilities

  • 1 day WFH;
  • Flexibility with overtime is required however this will be ad hoc;
  • Scheduling global travel arrangements and arranging visa applications;
  • Answering, screening, and managing incoming phone calls and mail from executive level clients;
  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, board meetings, conference calls and events;
  • Reviewing, preparing, and managing expense reports;
  • Approving expense reports on behalf of the principals;
  • Reviewing and managing the invoice process for their vendors;
  • Business administration on behalf of the funds;
  • Managing a team of 3 Admin staff in London;
  • Organising team offsites in Europe – 2 per year;
  • Being the main Administration contact point for the Funds;
  • Maintaining contact databases;
  • Processing correspondence and letters;
  • There is incredible scope for development

*Experience in the financial services sector is essential.*
