A major international bank is seeking an experienced EA to support 2 senior managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- General EA duties: Proactive diary/inbox management, travel arrangements, processing expenses/invoices and secretarial/administrative assistance
- Preparing/timely circulation of agendas/materials/minutes/actions- and monitoring/following up actions
- Assisting with information packs/board presentations
- Arranging meetings with internal/external parties, booking rooms etc
- Monitoring budget costs
- Forward planning/scheduling/escalation of priority issues
Your experience must include:
- Strong proven EA experience gained in banking/investment management within a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle complex diary management and confidential information discreetly
- Minute taking
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to cope with deadlines/changing priorities/anticipating issues and providing practical innovative solutions
- Confident/professional manner to communicate/build relationships at all levels
- Excellent IT skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc
Please note this role will be hybrid - working 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
