The Principal is the Academy’s senior accountable officer and leads the Senior Management Team, comprising of the Deputy Principal, Dean of Students, Registrar and Director of Student Operations, Deputy Principal (Advancement), and the Director of Finance.
The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative support to the Principal in the form of daily diary management, meeting and appointment co-ordination, provision of transport and logistical arrangements, drafting key correspondence, liaison with external contacts, handling matters of a confidential nature, providing briefings and materials to support meetings as required. The post holder will work collaboratively across the team of Executive Assistants who support the Senior Management Team. The postholder will also be responsible for a range of projects which link into the Principal’s Office and the compilation of Principal’s Reports.
We are looking for a highly skilled administrator with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and demonstratable experience gained in a similar role, supporting a senior figure within an organisation, preferably within the arts or education sector.
