Executive Assistant

Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant (3-Month Role)Location:Stoke-on-Trent (4 days onsite and 1 at home)Salary:£14 - £16 per hour

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and business support to senior executives. • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent secretarial and business support skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications in business administration or related fields are preferred.
