This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is key. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
The preferred locations are UK (London) and Germany (Munich) for this role.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Effectively and proactively providing support for two EU-based directors with global responsibilities:
- Complex calendar management across time zones and support a diverse team that is globally spread in multiple locations.
- Coordinate global schedules, travel arrangements, and seamless meeting logistics such as global team meetings, offsites and events (internal/external).
- Own team level mechanisms and proactively drive initiatives to build team engagement across the globe.
- Managing and supporting team engagement and other HR related projects including reporting, presentation and analysis of surveys etc.
- Actively monitor team travel budgets and propose interventions to ensure T&E budget is on track.
