Our client is an established insurance firm looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their team in London. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience supporting a global function. This role is best suited to someone who has experience within professional services but has also sat within the finance function of an organisation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Executive Assistant you will support the finance function which has team members based across the globe.
- Proactive diary management for ever-changing and busy diaries
- Travel coordination – coordinating flights, accommodation, and itineraries across multiple time zones
- Act the first point of contact for the team, ensuring all relevant messages are passed on and priority messages are actioned in time
- Process expenses for the team
- Sit in on meetings, ensuring that all action points are followed-up
- Provide ad hoc support on projects
WHO YOU ARE
The ideal Executive Assistant is hardworking, proactive and reliable individual who works well as part of a team. You must be able to multitask and effectively prioritise while working to tight deadlines.
- Experience as an EA within professional services
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with a finance team
- Experience using financial terminology in a professional environment
- A people person who can get along with different personalities
- Comfortable taking responsibility for business-critical tasks
- An acute attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
