We are looking for an amazing EA to join a top 10 private equity firm based in Mayfair.
THE CLIENT
They are a well-established firm based in Mayfair with an amazing team. As a whole they are a really friendly, down to earth and laid back. There are approximately 60 people in the London office.
THE ROLE
This is an exciting 1:2 EA role where you will be supporting one MD and one Principal in the Client Capital Fundraising Team. One of which is based in Dubai and the other one is based in London. The EA role is exciting as well as challenging, and directly impacts the company's success and reputation.
- Organise highly complex calendars and meetings.
- Receive, screen and route all incoming telephone calls, mail and correspondence.
- Act as an interface between the firm and outside contacts.
- Co-ordinate and research highly complex travel arrangements
- Expenses submissions –
- Filing and Archiving
- Drafting briefing notes for meetings with investors
- PowerPoint and Excel

- Core hours 9- 6pm
- 2 days working from home
