SalaryA boutique Investment Management House based in stunning Mayfair offices is looking for a bright, polished and confident EA to join their Private Client team supporting a busy, senior Investment Director and a Client Director.
As EA your role will include; calendar management, heavy client meeting scheduling, booking travel, responding to client queries in an efficient and professional manner, filing and expenses as well as portfolio administration and sending reports to clients.
The ideal EA will have experience within a professional environment. You will be a well-presented, team player with a muck-in attitude and strong work ethic. The 12 person team in London are welcoming and have great camaraderie.
The company offer a fantastic salary and benefits package - You will be well looked after here and work with a sociable and close knit team. 3-4 days in the office per week. Excellent bonus, pension and healthcare. Funding for CISI qualification also available. Hours are 9am - 5.15/5.30pm
