Contract Type - Permanent
Salary - Up to £35,000pa
Hours - Full Time
Location - Surrey
Main Duties of the Executive Assistant:
* Providing support to the Senior Leadership Team with organising events/diary management/meetings
* Taking minutes at high level committees
* Managing correspondence over email and phone
* Dealing with budgets and financial administration
Experience Required of the Executive Assistant:
* Experience working as an Executive or Personal Assistant previously is essential
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* High level of organisational skills
* Experience of diary management and minute taking
