Role Overview:
This is a dual OM/EA role and you will be the lynchpin of the office, from greeting clients, to ensuring the smooth running of the office, facilities and more. Additionally, you'll provide executive assistance to support the team's partners, contributing to a range of administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Office Management (60%)
- Greet and welcome clients, manage meeting room bookings, and attend to office facilities.
- Coordinate internal communication with the Head Office in Paris and handle administrative tasks related to team members.
- Oversee maintenance visits, manage supplies, and handle ad hoc tasks such as organising office events.
- Manage diaries and expenses for partners, including processing timesheets and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Arrange restaurant bookings, assist with breakfast events, and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management and Executive Assistant roles.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing diaries, expenses, and travel arrangements.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
