This dynamic fashion entrepreneur is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting their multifaceted responsibilities as Chair of the Board and various other C-suite positions, and various external board accountabilities.
This exciting role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. First and foremost, you will be proactive, and someone that always takes initiative to complete tasks without being asked.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar working environment is required, as is the need for flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside of standard business hours occasionally.
The successful candidate should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels, to ensure a productive and professional working environment.
High levels of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality are prerequisites.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications is necessary.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
- Complex diary management, prioritising / balancing conflicting or time sensitive priorities
- Email management: prioritizing, drafting, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Office management, and overseeing day-to-day operations, including supplies procurement, vendor management, and facilities coordination
- Complex travel arrangements: coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements, optimising travel plans to accommodate the Principal’s business commitments and personal preferences
- Involvement in company projects e.g. fashion photoshoots etc
- Household staff management
Hours – 9am-5pm
Start – ASAP
Holiday – 20 days plus bank hols
Salary – up to £35k DoE + bens
