We are recruiting an exciting EA position, to work 121 with the Founder of an incredibly successful Executive Search business in the City. This is a heavy client facing role, which will include travel to New York and heaps of project work. The Founder is looking for a polished, confident, natural problem solver, who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the business is well organised and her administrative tasks are looked after.
The successful candidate will come from a heavy client facing background as an EA and be highly organised, have impeccable attention to detail with advanced MS package skills and have a professional approach to their work always.
Some of the key responsibilities of the EA include:
Heavy diary management
Global travel management
Meeting preparation
Research
Project management
Document management
Invoicing/expense management
General office management tasks
This varied role comes with a generous bonus scheme and salary is dependent on level of experience and exposure. The hours are 8.30-6.30 and the business work in the office 5 days per week due to the nature of the role.
