A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a temporary EA to support the CEO & CFO of a global commodities firm based in Mayfair. This is a busy and involving role, working closely and in support of senior Executives to organise their business lives.
This is an urgent hire therefore candidates must be available immediately for interview and to start. We are looking for around 2 months commitment, however there may be scope for the role to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate!
This will be a busy, involved and varied role ideal for a career minded, ambitious and dedicated EA.
Duties to include (but are not limited to):
- Managing multiple diaries and inboxes, synchronising with Executive counterparts and direct reports.
- Document management – correspondence, preparing, formatting and proofreading documents, updating reports and spreadsheets
- Organising and attending meetings, drafting/distributing agendas, taking/distributing minutes; monitoring and implementing action points
- Managing events; booking venues and accommodation, and inviting delegates, arranging speakers, workshop and entertainment
- Arranging international travel including multi stops with detailed itineraries
- Processing all expenses
- Procurement of invoices and filing foe record keeping
- Keeping up to date with projects undertaken and maintaining knowledge of key issues
- Assisting with Research
- Willingness to assist with ad hoc requests
Person Specification:
- 3 years’ + experience as an EA/PA at similar level
- Advanced MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Friendly and professional manner
- Strong organisational skills and an excellent eye for detail
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities
- Discretion in all matters
- Collaborative/team attitude is essential.
Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 with one day a week WFH
Salary: £25 per hour
