We have an exciting position for an experienced EA to support the CEO of a busy organisation of around 400 staff. You will offer EA support to CEO and his wider management team. Our client is also looking for a candidate with an interest in supporting their new internal communications strategy. We would welcome applications from candidates who have supported internal communication in some previous capacity as you will developing engaging content to be published on the internal platforms.

As the Executive Assistant you will:
- Act as a first point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritise incoming communications, enquiries and requests, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Manage calendar, including diary coordination & prioritisation; and liaise with the Office Manager & Business Services Specialist to organise travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and edit CEO correspondence and reports.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials & presentation content for meetings.
- Attend meetings and record minutes if needed.
- Manage confidential information and sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and coordinating special projects, events and initiatives led by the CEO
Your internal communications tasks will include:
- Manage the internal meetings calendar on behalf of the CEO.
- Schedule and arrange all internal company meetings and Senior Leadership Team meetings.
- Create smooth and effective running of internal meetings by managing agendas, participant invitations, speaker presentations and relevant room & AV requirements.
- Manage SharePoint intranet to ensure content is up to date and creates strong employee communication and engagement.
- Work with the CEO and managers across the business to draft and publish articles and updates on business activity, projects and success stories via appropriate communication routes.
- Create and design engaging content for publishing on communications channels; liaising with external design / print agencies as required support to develop engaging content.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and relationships via internal communication.
- Liaise with other communications/marketing specialists within the organisation to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
