A global technology company is looking for an Executive Business Partner to come and support the team for 12 months!
EXECUTIVE BUSINESS PARTNER ROLE:
- Completing core administrative tasks including managing travel, reporting expenses, managing calendars, coordinating facilities without assistance from the executive
- Executing core program management tasks by delivering cross-functional, medium- to large-scale projects or events from initiation through delivery, impacting or influencing a single organisation and site
- Scoping, managing, and independently advancing projects in an ambiguous environment, demonstrating excellent judgment and discretion when evaluating complex circumstances
- Utilising the ability to independently advance projects in an ambiguous environment, determining corrective action for risks and obstacles in projects or events and serving as an escalation point
- Handling administrative and program management tasks with multiple approaches to achieve an optimal solution, and with foresight to anticipate and address future issues
- Establishing exemplary trust with senior executives, stakeholders, and site leadership, demonstrating leadership with cross-functional partners and leaders within a single organisation or site
- Demonstrating outstanding communication skills with internal and possibly external-facing parties, formulating more nuanced communication strategies

- Experience managing teams and providing Business Partner level support to an executive
- Experience working in Technology and large multi national organisation
