Executive Manager

As an Executive Manager you will manage a team of administrators, and provide a full EA service to a member of the Senior Team.

Description

• Diary and email management for a member of the Senior Team
• Be the main point of contact on behalf of a member of the Senior Team, for internal and external stakeholders including Leaders, Chief Executives, and press/journalists, and ensuring that correspondence is carried out in a highly professional, efficient and timely manner
• Prepare documents for meetings, minute take and set action plans for future meetings
• Develop and motivate your team and deliver a strong performance management, ensuring that team members are accountable for their work
• Provide support and interface with support services including human resources, financial legal, procurement and governance
• Undertake other duties as required

Profile

• Demonstrable experience as an EA at C Suite level
• Demonstrable people management experience including performance management, appraisals, disciplinaries, recruitment and selection
• High attention to detail
• Strong initiative with excellent decision making skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work load effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels

Job Offer
