As an Executive Manager you will manage a team of administrators, and provide a full EA service to a member of the Senior Team.

Description
- Diary and email management for a member of the Senior Team
- Be the main point of contact on behalf of a member of the Senior Team, for internal and external stakeholders including Leaders, Chief Executives, and press/journalists, and ensuring that correspondence is carried out in a highly professional, efficient and timely manner
- Prepare documents for meetings, minute take and set action plans for future meetings
- Develop and motivate your team and deliver a strong performance management, ensuring that team members are accountable for their work
- Provide support and interface with support services including human resources, financial legal, procurement and governance
- Undertake other duties as required
Profile
- Demonstrable experience as an EA at C Suite level
- Demonstrable people management experience including performance management, appraisals, disciplinaries, recruitment and selection
- High attention to detail
- Strong initiative with excellent decision making skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work load effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
