Job

The role of Executive PA will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Providing high-quality Executive PA service and exemplary client care
• Pro-active support in diary and email management
• Copy and audio typing, preparation of letters/emails
• Travel arrangements and meeting coordination
• Preparing meeting papers and maintaining accurate records
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

You

As an Executive PA you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Previous experience working as an Executive PA at a high level
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational skills with fast and accurate typing speeds
• Pro-active with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload and that of others
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
