Executive PA
Location: Leeds
Salary up to 40k DOE
Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading Leeds based company who are looking for a Personal Assistant with over 5 years' experience to join their team.
As the PA to the COO you will need to be highly organised, able to prioritise and be process driven.
The PA should have a solid understanding of how the business operates and understand the goals and objectives of senior management.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as an Executive PA:

  • Diary management.
  • Updating CQC reports and details.
  • Managing departmental social activities.
  • Weekly catch ups to ensure relationship is built and priorities are understood for the week.
  • Prioritise workload across the executive team.
  • Meeting minutes - supporting and facilitating as needed, the timely delivery of actions and outcomes from meetings.
  • Travel and milage submissions and ensure all are kept in line of company policy. Approving and pushing back where needed.
  • Working on operations-related projects.
  • Keep track of the schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, providing logistical and travel support.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Executive PA:

  • A minimum of 5 years' PA experience ideally to Chief Operating Officer.
  • Understands operations function.
  • Ideally experience of office management although not essential.
  • Possesses excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in ability to manage Executive Team demands.
  • Ability to challenge where necessary.
  • Flexible to travel nationally when required to provide support on site.
