Executive Personal Assistant to Chairman
We are looking for an experienced and professional Executive Personal Assistant to support the Chairman both in his business and personal needs. You will need to have extensive experience working with a UHNWI / HNWI in their home / corporate office. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global organisation in their UK headquarters.
You will be the Chairman’s single point of contact and handle his:
- Calendar, inbox, emails, meetings, travel, social and personal matters
- Schedules, briefings, conference calls, video meetings and refreshments
- Staff rotas, household maintenance, medical appointments and errands
- Social / business engagements, travel arrangements, visa applications and passport appointments
- Ad hoc requests from the Chairman and his wife
- Occasional research, address book and event management
You will work in a fast-paced and vibrant office environment and be:
- Flexible, resilient, resourceful and discreet
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Tech savvy and fluent in English and preferably another language
- Willing to travel occasionally with the Chairman and work on evenings and weekends when required.
